The MULTIBANCO product provides you with APIs that allow you to initiate timely, recurring or bulk payments using MULTIBANCO payment methods and replicating the seamless experience used in the bank’s interfaces.
AVAILABLE FOR USE BY:
Payment Initiation Service Providers with a PSD2 license/TPP certificate
MULTIBANCO Payments API enables you to initiate a payment on your client’s request, using one of the MULTIBANCO payment instruments made available by the Bank of the Payment Service User through its interfaces. With this API, it is possible to integrate MULTIBANCO payments in an online store as well as to provide personal finance and liquidity management services to both private and corporate clients.

Initiates future-dated or recurring payments using MULTIBANCO payment instruments made available by the Bank of the Payment Service User.
MB Payments Catalogue
Provides up-to-date catalogue of available MULTIBANCO services.
Bulk MULTIBANCO Payments
Initiate a bulk of MULTIBANCO payments with just one call to this API, and just one PSU’s authentication.
